At lorivao, we want you to love every piece you receive. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy. You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please contact our customer service team at service@lorivao.com to initiate the process. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
